Executive Committee
President
1 elected – open to Y2 and above only
Executive oversight of the Club, and ad-hoc initiatives. Represent the school at the university level, and in the NTU Students' Union Council to advocate for club interests and initiatives.

Oversee the internal processes and operations, chart timelines, and milestones for the Management Committee. Co-oversee the ad-hoc committees alongside the Special Projects Officer.

Special Projects Officer

Manage the ad-hoc committees’ overall strategy, timelines, and approvals. Provide oversight for partnerships between the ad-hoc committees and the CI Club.

Financial Controller

Manage the Club’s finances and allocate budgets that best suit the scale of each event. Well-versed in excel sheets and formulas to make life easier.

Ensures that meeting minutes are taken down, and the admin done for the CI Club is carried out with absolute precision and efficiency. Well-versed in knowledge of PDPA and other regulations that govern the Club.

In-charge of all high-key social events that bring colour to Weekids’ school life – Homecoming, Theme Week and Halloween. Convert ideas into reality through writing countless proposals. Oversee entire event process from the start to end.

Marketing Communication Secretaries

​Be our club’s informant and loudspeaker. Beautify our social media channels and manage online chatter. We also work on coordinating and executing decorations during events.

Keep WKWSCI running, literally. Encourage a sporting and fitness culture in WKWSCI. Help to plan and organise the annual Inter-School Games. Also help to oversee the WeeCan groups initiative and procure logistics during CI Club events.

Performing Arts Director

The custodian of music culture in WKWSCI through curating event playlists and organising music based events such as Reverb and Au Revoir. The PAD also brings life to other various events by providing AV support where necessary.
