Nomination Procedure

Step 1: Submit e-nomination form
Download and fill up every section of the nomination form.

Every student is only allowed to propose OR second for one other student in the process.

 

Students running for office are not allowed to propose or second for other students.

After obtaining your proposer and seconder’s signature, save the form in a PDF format, and email the nomination form to wkwsci-hongen@e.ntu.edu.sg, and wkwsci-bizmags@e.ntu.edu.sg with the subject “CI_Club_Nomination_(YourName)”.

Incomplete nominations will not be accepted.

Submissions Open: 26th August, 0000
Deadline: 3rd September, 2359

Step 2: Submit e-Voting application All portfolios, except the Special Projects Officer, Marketing Communication Secretaries, Performing Arts Director and Sports Secretary positions will be required to submit a nomination application to the online elections portal. The steps to do so are as follows:

​

1. Log into the elections portal using your NTU account. You must use Google Chrome.

2. Key in the OTP sent to your e-mail to log in. Do note that there is a possibility that the e-mail may be sent to your Junk Folder as “spam”.

3. Click on “Nominate” and fill in the required details in the boxes provided. For your Proposer and Seconder’s email, please use their NTU email.

4. After submitting the form, your Proposer must be alerted to log onto the elections portal to endorse your nomination. They will receive an email with the link to propose your nomination in their email.

5. After your Proposer endorses your nomination, alert your Seconder to endorse your nomination via the elections portal as well. They will receive an email with the link to second your nomination in their email after the Proposer has successfully done so on the elections platform.

Important Notes:

  • You will not be allowed to edit the contents of your nomination application once your Proposer endorses your nomination on the elections portal, so ensure all the fields are correctly filled up.
     

  • If you withdraw your nomination after submission, you will not be allowed to run for the same position again for this current election, but you can choose to run for another position.
     

  • The image you upload should be in 1080px by 1080px.
    You are required to be unmasked in the photo.

     

Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, please drop Emelia Tang, a Telegram message @emeliatang, to notify her that you have submitted your nomination.
